SEBELUM Tidur....

Perkara Sebelum Tidur( Tafsir Haqqi )

Rasulullah berpesan kepada Aisyah ra : "Ya Aisyah jangan engkau tidurs ebelum melakukan empat perkara, yaitu :

1. Sebelum khatam Al Qur'an,

2. Sebelum membuat para nabi memberimu syafaat di hari akhir,

3. Sebelum para muslim meredhai kamu,

4. Sebelum kau laksanakan haji dan umrah...."Bertanya Aisyah :"Ya Rasulullah.... Bagaimana aku dapat melaksanakan empat perkara seketika?

"Rasul tersenyum dan bersabda : "Jika engkau tidur bacalah : Al Ikhlas tiga kali seakan-akan kau mengkhatamkan Al-Qur'an.Bismillaahirrohmaanirrohiim,Qulhualloohu ahad' Alloohushshomad' lam yalid walam yuulad' walam yakullahuu kufuwan ahad' ( 3 x )

Membacalah selawat untukKu dan para nabi sebelum aku, maka kami semuakan memberi syafaat di hari kiamat.Bismillaahirrohmaanirrohiim, Alloohumma shollii 'alaa syaidinaaMuhammad wa'alaa aalii syaidinaa Muhammad ( 3 x )

Beristighfarlah untuk para muslimin maka mereka akan meredhai kamu.Astaghfirulloohal adziim aladzii laa ilaaha illaa huwal hayyul qoyyuumwa atuubu ilaih ( 3 x )

Dan,perbanyaklah bertasbih, bertahmid, bertahlil, bertakbir maka seakan-akan kamu telah melaksanakan ibadah haji dan umrah"Bismillaahirrohmaanirrohiim, Subhanalloohi Walhamdulillaahi walaailaahaillalloohu alloohu akbar(3 x )

MENGAPA OH!!!!!!! MENGAPA?????

Sampaikan jika berasakan ia baik untuk sahabat anda! MENGAPA OH MENGAPA?

Mengapa seseorang Yahudi dibolehkan menyimpan janggut untuk mengamalkan kepercayaannya...

...tetapi bila seorang Muslim berbuat demikian, dia dianggap ekstrim dan pengganas?


Mengapa seseorang rahib boleh meliputi keseluruhan tubuhnya kerana memperhambakan diri kepada Tuhannya...




...tetapi bila seseorang Muslimah melakukan begitu, dia ditekan?


Mengapa bila wanita barat menjadi surirumah, dia dihormati kerana dikatakan berkorban untuk keluarganya...

...tetapi bila wanita Islam berbuat begitu, mereka kata, "dia mesti dibebaskan!"


Mengapa mana-mana gadis boleh ke universiti dengan berpakaian mengikut kesukaannya kerana punyai hak dan kebebasan...

...tetapi bila seseorang wanita Muslim memakai hijab, dia tidak boleh menjejakkan kakinya ke universiti?


Mengapa bila seseorang kanak-kanak meminati sesuatu bidang, dia dikatakan punyai bakat...

...tetapi bila seseorang kanak-kanak meminati Islam, dia dikatakan tak berguna?

Mengapa bila seseorang Kristian atau Yahudi membunuh, agamanya tidak dikaitkan... tetapi baru sahaja seseorang Muslim didakwa melakukan jenayah, nama Islam turut diadili!

Mengapa bila seseorang berkorban diri untuk melihat orang lain hidup, dia amat disanjungi....

...tetapi bila seseorang warga Palestin melakukannya untuk menyelamatkan diri, keluarga, rumahtangga dan masjidnya, dia dikenali sebagai seorang pengganas?


Mengapa bila seseorang memandu kereta mewah dengan cara bahaya, keretanya tidak pernah dipertikaikan...

...tetapi bila seseorang Muslim melakukan kesalahan, orang kata ia adalah kerana agama Islamnya!


Mengapa kita terlalu percaya kepada akhbar...

...tetapi selalu persoalkan apa yang terkandung di dalam Al-Quranul Karim?

THe ToP 5 CanCer-Cousing???

1. Hot dogs
-Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalitionadvises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If youcan't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.

2. Processed meats and bacon
-Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, andother processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat inbacon also contributes to cancer.

3. Doughnuts
-Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made withwhite flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at hightemperatures. Doughnuts, says Adams , may be the worst food you canpossibly eat to raise your risk of cancer.

4. French fries
-Like doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and thenfried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acrylamides which occur during the frying process. They should be calledcancer fries, not French fries, said Adams .

5. Chips, crackers, and cookies
-All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whoselabels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amountsof trans-fats.

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugarlevel..
This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causingbrain degeneration.

2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease inmental power.

3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease

.4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrientscausing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhalingpolluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about adecrease in brain efficiency.

6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep willaccelerate the death of brain cells.

7. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbondioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to braindamaging effects.

8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease ineffectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brainstimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.

10. Talking RarelyIntellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain

The main causes of liver damage are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning
.3. Too much eating..
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring,and artificial sweetener.
7.. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reducecooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils likeolive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the bodyis very fit.8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.
